Demco's Maintenance offers individually structured maintenance plans. A customer’s individual circumstances, will influence the choice of plan but, in general, these SLA's options are available:


Standard Cover: For Client's that only require Monday to Friday

Emergency Cover: For Clients that require full 24/7 access to support and maintenance

Remote Support Cover: For Client's that only require remote support


Maintenace cover includes up to 2 programming changes per month

We offer our customers not merely a “train the trainer” service, although our aim is always that, having successfully completed our courses, attendees feel confident enough to train others. Users will be trained either individually or in small groups (depending on the nature of their responsibilities). Our experienced and fully accredited trainers will usually conduct courses on-site in order to minimise disruption to everyday business activities. Key personnel such as operators and administrators often prefer the external courses we offer, where they will benefit from our dedicated training facilities.
